Workshop Proposal Submission 

You are expected to prepare a poster for the workshops taking place on June 28-29. The poster should include the name and surname of the workshop facilitators, contact information (so that students know whom to contact), and an application form (allowing students to apply for the workshop). Additionally, it should contain the title of the workshop and a brief paragraph describing its content, purpose, scope, objectives, and expected outcomes. The workshop details must specify the duration (number of days), eligibility criteria, expected and maximum number of participants, and required equipment and materials. Furthermore, the workshop schedule should be listed, including the start date and time, topic explanations, and practical application details. A 2000 x 1250 px / 300 dpi visual should be included in the poster. The poster will also be announced on our website. Submission deadline: May 26, 2025.
